  • Can CBD Oil Help Treat Anxiety?

CBD Oil – The already popular medical marijuana product is gaining even more hype, now that it has promised relief from anxiety. Yes, you read that right. Recent researches in this regard claim some promising results.

In recent times, the medical marijuana industry has witnessed a significant boom, thanks to the introduction of CBD-based and CBD-infused products. Amongst these, CBD Oil happens to be most popular. It is an oil manufactured using the Cannabinoid (CBD) from Cannabis Sativa. Unlike THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), it does not impose psychoactive effects. Instead, it has proved to treat or help in the treatment of several physical and neurological troubles, including anxiety.

As of yet, it may seem a bit unbelievable to you. But my friend, that's the noteworthy turn the cannabis industry has taken. Disregarding and discarding its former highly illegal and adverse reputation, Cannabis Sativa is now building a greener, healthier reputation with products like CBD Oil. Let's dive into the depths of this topic and unravel together, how CBD Oil promises to help anxiety patients feel better.

    What is Anxiety?

Imagine that you are about to deliver a speech in front of the entire nation. What will be your first-occurring emotions? A wave of stress crashing over you, confusion disrupting your flow, and throwing you in a nervous state. Well, in such a case, you are experiencing anxiety.

The actual cause behind anxiety is undeterminable because it varies from individual to individual. One may experience anxiety due to an interview or, even, in decision making. However, some common reasons for concern include:

    • Public speaking
    • Social events
    • Financial crisis
    • Unstable relationships

According to the American Psychological Addition, anxiety is a state of mind where one experiences fear, restlessness, stress, and nervousness. Anxiety may also trigger physical reactions, such as low blood pressure, tension in muscles, and rapid heartbeat. Usually, these symptoms vanish with emotion. However, if they persist longer or are frequent, then it may indicate an anxiety disorder.

    Cannabis & Anxiety

If we look at Cannabis Sativa's relation with anxiety, then it's quite a bilateral one. Some people claim to have been relieved from anxiety, depression, and other psychological conditions, after a marijuana dose. However, a study conducted in 2009 on the same topic suggests that it's the other way round. Although it does not claim that Cannabis increases the risk of developing long-lasting anxiety disorders, it states that frequent cannabis users are more likely to experience anxiety and depression.

    CBD Oil for Anxiety

Considering CBD, which is the second most dominant and active compound in Cannabis, then it has a slightly positive impact on anxiety, unlike the whole of the pot plant. And since CBD Oil, is an entirely CBD-based product, all researches regarding CBD-anxiety relation applies to it.

CBD Oil helps your brain make effective use of the serotonin already present in the system or may as well increase its absorption. Thus, regulating anxiety. For those of you who are unaware of serotonin's connection with anxiety, low levels of serotonin (a chemical in body) can cause depression and anxiety.

In this regard, researchers conducted a test known as Simulation Public Speaking Test (SPST) in 2011 on a group of 24 people with Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD), who were never treated for SAD before. One and a half-hour before the test, half of these people received a 600mg CBD dose while the other half received a placebo. The test results of both these groups also got compared to the test results of a group of 12 healthy individuals who do not get any medication. Concluding findings of the report stated that CBD-treated SAD patients who were unlikely to maintain smooth, confident speech, had reduced:

    • Cognitive impairment
    • Discomfort in speech and performance,
    • And overall anxiety issues

These people exhibited better performance in the results than the other half of SAD patients who did not receive CBD. Along with better interaction, they were no signs of anxiety-related physiological symptoms like a rapid heartbeat.

Now, this was, perhaps, a very first study to indicate CBD and CBD based products like CBD oil as a potential treatment of anxiety.

Another study conducted in 2014 on animal models, declared that CBD possesses anti-anxiety and anti-depressant effects. National Institute on Drug Abuse also confirmed CBD as a potential treatment for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD).

    Some More Evidence

When CBD products started becoming commonly available, thanks to all the researches, an analysis of these studies got carried out. According to the October 2015's analysis report of the recent studies, confirmed that there is no doubt in the fact that Cannabidiol Oil is a promising treatment for GAD as well as anxiety-associated disorders, including:

    • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
    • Panic Disorder
    • Post Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD)

But again, the concept of CBD Oil is still young and fresh. The report does not guarantee favorable results of the long-term use of the product. CBD Oil may treat anxiety temporarily. For example, it can help with sleeping issues provoked by stress. But it may not be able to eradicate the anxious feelings for a life permanently. Mostly because anxiety is induced and enforced primarily because of external factors and not internal bodily factors.

2019's study on this subject, also further emphasizes on Cannabidiol's potential to address anxiety-related disorders effectively. Out of the 72 people in this research, anxiety scores reduced about 79.2% in 57 patients, and sleeping scores improved by 66.7% in 48 patients with slight fluctuations.

    Dosage Specifications

Up till now, several studies have concluded the usage of CBD oil to be relatively safe. However, no reviews present a universal dosage. A survey conducted in 2017 passed positive remarks related to CBD oil usage, but it also concluded that different people respond to different dosages. The CBD oil consumption used in various studies ranges from 20-1500mg per day.

CBD oil is gaining massive popularity amongst people suffering from anxiety. But, does that mean everyone can use it? Well, while anyone with anxiety can use CBD oil, they should not do so without consulting a medical expert. The dosage requirement for an individual depends upon the body weight, the condition, body chemistry, and concentration of CBD in each product.

Remember that inappropriate dosage intake might trigger undesirable effects, such as drowsiness and headaches. The CBD oil for anxiety might not prove to be effective in case of inappropriate dosage intake. Thus, do not only rely only on the dosage specifications as stated on the CBD oil product, and use it only after consultation with a medicinal expert to address your anxiety effectively.

The Best Type of CBD Oil for Anxiety

The CBD-based products get categorized into full-spectrum, broad-spectrum, and isolate. Each type of CBD oil has different compositions and effects.

Full-spectrum CBD oil comprises of all the active ingredients found in a cannabis plant. Hence, you may find traces of THC. However, the THC content is not in such quantity to make you high.

Broad-spectrum CBD oil consists of various cannabinoids, but no THC. It gets composed of selected plant material, and not from the entire Cannabis.

CBD isolate oils have 99% CBD and no other compounds, such as THC and cannabinoids. A product, labeled CBD isolate, guarantees you to offer only CBD. These CBD oil products are also tasteless when mixed with different carriers.

When talking about the best type of CBD for anxiety, the results are inconclusive. Up till now, there are no substantial studies conducted on the effect of every kind of stress, and people usually consume depending on personal preferences. Typically, people prefer full-spectrum CBD oil for worry as it also offers other cannabis compounds apart from CBD.

CBD Oil for Other Neurological Problems

For a long time now, Cannabidiol has had a reputation for aiding and assisting in the treatment of several brain-associated disorders. These include:

    • Schizophrenia
    • Depression
    • ADHD
    • Agitation in Dementia
    • Specific seizure disorders
    • OCD
    • Bipolar Disorder

In Current Pharmaceutical Design, a study suggests that CBD and CBD Oil may administer similar effects as of the antipsychotic drugs.

    Are there any Side effects?

According to various studies, such that of 2017 analysis, the usage of CBD oil is relatively safer, but one may experience some side effects. There is a higher chance of obtaining favorable results and reduce anxiety through CBD oil. However, one who is consuming CBD oil for the very first time or intakes other medications may experience adverse effects. These side effects include:

    • Weight changes
    • Drowsiness
    • Gastrointestinal discomfort
    • Changes in sleep pattern
    • Fatigue

    Conclusion

In a nutshell, the usage of CBD oil is an effective way to cope up with anxiety. However, one must consult a medical expert for the appropriate type and dosage specifications.

  • What is CBD Hemp Flower And Where To Buy?

Cannabis flower, hemp flower or even CBD flower; these are the regular names you hear for the flower of the cannabis plant. Consuming the CBD hemp flower is not everyone’s choice. Many people don’t like the effects, but those who do can sing praises all the time! To understand whether this flower is for you, here are some facts that will help you decide.

    What is CBD Flower?

CBD flower comes from the bud of the female cannabis plant. When the hemp flower blooms, it secretes cannabinoids and resin to attract the pollen from the male cannabis plant. The flower without seeds is the best option for a high CBD experience.

The CBD-rich hemp flower helps users relax and feel stress-free and light. We all know that THC is what adds the ‘high’ factor to your dosage of weed, but the CBD flower provides relaxation and tranquillity without the high.

The CBD-rich flower of the cannabis plant nowadays is genetically engineered to have low THC and high CBD, which regulates the effects and makes it a favourable substance to consume.

Hemp flower and marijuana buds may be termed different as hemp is specifically bred for a higher amount of CBD content. The critical difference between marijuana bud and hemp flower is the CHD and THC ratio.

Apart from this, the hemp plant has a longer flower while the marijuana plant has less dense buds. The CBD-rich hemp flower is what we find commonly in the market in the United States.

The chemical composition of the CBD-rich hemp flower is that it has a wide range of cannabinoids along with THC in limited amounts.

THC is a cannabinoid which has a lot of benefits, but due to the ‘high’ effect it creates, the majority of users prefer THC-free hemp products.

The cannabis flower or hemp flower is sun-dried and then used for vaping, or consuming otherwise. It contains the following cannabinoids which impact health in many positive ways:

CBD: Cannabidiol is the primary and most prominent component of the hemp plant. It has multiple qualities and helps health issues such as:

    • Inflammation
    • Reduction of blood sugar
    • Reduction of artery blockage risks
    • Slows bacterial growth
    • Promotes bone growth
    • Suppresses muscle spasms
    • Relieves anxiety

CBDA: This cannabinoid also inhibits cancer and reduces inflammation.

CBG: While helping with sleep disorders, CBG also slows bacterial growth and inhibits the growth of cancer cells.

CBGA: This cannabinoid slows bacterial growth and relieves pain.

CBC: This component of the hemp flower reduces pain, reduces inflammation and also helps promote bone growth.

CBCA: It reduces inflammation and treats fungal infections.

THC: Though in smaller quantity than CBD, the THC factor in the hemp flower suppresses muscle spasms and reduces nausea. THC stimulates appetite and is an effective pain killer.

THCA: This component helps with sleep disorders and muscle spasms.

THCV: This cannabinoid reduces convulsions and seizures. It also helps with bone growth.

Due to the presence of so many cannabinoids, and terpenes, the hemp flower is a beneficial natural supplement that regulates health issues and improves quality of life.

The medicinal value of this flower is due to its chemical composition. It is a right pain killer and anti-depressant. The high-CBD flower can help reduce arthritis pain and reduces symptoms of multiple sclerosis.

How to take CBD-rich hemp flower?

The hemp flower has a high dose of CBD, and if users use it for vaping, it provides quick results.

The most common way of using the flower is vaping. You can also use it in oils, creams, tinctures, ointments and hemp cigarettes.

However, several users share their experience of vaping the flower for maximum results.

People suffering from acute pain or symptoms of muscular soreness can get quick relief if CBD-rich hemp flower is used for smoking or vaping. You can use water pipes. Vaping pens or cigarettes for consuming the flower resin.

Consuming the hemp flower as vape or cigarette means that the cannabinoids enter the bloodstream from the lungs. This way of entering the body is faster than ingestion as the food has to be digested before the nutrients, or components of the flower enter blood vessels.

Having said this, smoking or vaping is not the most favourable method of consumption for those who have respiratory issues.

How is the CBD-rich hemp flower dosage determined?

The dosage of any CBD product varies with individuals. Every strain of hemp flower will be required in different amounts as the chemical composition of all flowers in not 100% uniform.

Some strains will have a higher CBD to THC ratio, while others might have a higher THC content. Consumers are always advised to start with a minimum and work their way to increase the dosage until their optimum dosage is determined.

Users should opt for a high CBD-low THC cannabis flower to start with. Once the effects of the cannabinoids are understood, you can continue to use the amount of cannabis flower that satiates your needs.

Where to find CBD-rich hemp flower?

In the United States, there are hundreds of online shops, smoke shops and CBD bars that offer wide ranges of CBD products. The CBD-rich hemp flower is also available in resin and dried form at numerous places. The few things to consider before you buy any CBD product is that they should be:

    • Lab-tested
    • Clearly labelled for THC content
    • Clean and free from Algae

The best online shops ensure hygienic and fresh CBD products as their processing methods are designed to provide only the best to customers.

From Las Vegas, you can now buy CBD hemp flower with the assurance that it will give a little extra. Tangie, Juicy Fruit, Honolulu, and many other variations of the hemp flower. The vaping or smoking experience from CBD Hemp Direct will not be like other options in the market.

This difference is due to the premium quality with added flavours that make every purchase a special one. You can expect your bill to be somewhere between $12 and $229!

Apart from online shops, you can find the hemp flower at local smoke shops and weed shops. However, it is always better to keep a regular supplier since all organic supplements are not regulated by any drug authority and may be substandard.

Weed shops and smoke shops get the CBD products in bulk, and then, if there are no customers, their products may get stale or contaminated. It is always better to opt for an online shop as there is still an ethical consumerism code that they follow. You can return or exchange your purchase within a given period.

People who already use CBD can try the CBD-rich hemp flower from any reliable source, and they will feel the difference. Still, for people who are new users, the CBD flower may bring a lot of pleasant surprises as it is a cocktail of many cannabinoids, which help improve numerous health conditions.

  • What is Water-Soluble CBD?

Ever since the 1940's when Dr Roger Adams first introduced the therapeutic CBD of the pot plant to the world, the compound has been working its way up and up the Cannabis industry. With the discovery, immediately the markets flooded with CBD products. These products comprised of either CBD extract or CBD isolate. After investing almost eight decades of ceaseless efforts, the CBD-enthusiasts have finally unearthed the ethos of this compound; The Water-Soluble CBD. Just like the first wave CBD-products, the concept has taken the market by storm. Except that this wave is far more intense and for the better! Let's find out why!

    What is Water Soluble CBD?

Whenever people use the term Water Soluble CBD, it does not mean that the CBD oil molecules get dissolved with water molecules. Instead, it refers to the CBD oil molecule’s enhanced water compatibility.

Let’s understand this phenomenon by the comparison of the water-soluble CBD  and regular CBD oil molecules. The average CBD oil particles are bigger than that of water. Thus, most of them do not get absorbed by the intestines. Whereas, the water-soluble CBD oil molecules break down into smaller components by the process of emulsification. Emulsification refers to the phenomena of proportionate mixing of the two substances, not dissolved completely.

As a result, the surface area increases. Hence, more particles enter the bloodstream. Concisely, the water-soluble CBD brings about the following effects:

    • Greater CBD adsorption
    • Instant CBD effects

The development of the water-soluble CBD concept has gained massive appreciation because a human body consists of almost 60% water. Thus, the evolvement of water-soluble CBD not only appears logical but proves to be efficient.

    How is it Manufactured?

By now, we know that CBD does not readily combine with water. Naturally, its an anti-water or hydrophobic compound. But then how come scientists developed a water-soluble version of it?

Well, the water-friendly properties have been more or less, induced in Cannabidiol by breaking its molecules into the tiniest of particles and then, partnering it up with a hydrophilic carrier. The efficient use of nanotechnology helps in achieving this.

In simpler terms, the big CBD particles are broken down into smaller microscopic or nanoscopic particles using sound waves. The resulting particles may vary from 10 nanometers to 5000 nanometers, depending on the sub-type of water-soluble are being produced. You'll learn more about these sub-types, later in the article.

Just like the digestion process uses enzymes, the manufacturing of water-soluble CBD uses sound waves to break down clusters of CBD to help them absorb in the blood. Consequently, upon consumption, the water-soluble CBD can reach the brain receptors directly. And bring out the maximum therapeutic effect of the marijuana compound.

What are the Sub-Types of the Water Soluble CBD?

The following are the standard ways through which CBD or its products achieve water-friendly properties.

    Liposomes

Capable of delivering CBD effectively, Liposomes are spherical vesicles consisting of one or more phospholipid layers. These rounded structures range in size from 50 nanometers to 5000 nanometers.

Structurally, a phospholipid layer comprises a hydrophobic (anti-water) tail and a hydrophilic (water-friendly) head. Upon contact with an H2O molecule, tail curls in while the head turns about oppositely (outwards). As a result, a bilayer tiny liposomal bubble is formed that traps the CBD molecule. It can then be directly & successfully delivered to target tissues. A research conducted in 2017 also confirms the efficacy of these Pro NanoLipospheres. When tested upon rats, the oral administration of liposomal water-soluble CBD demonstrated increased absorption.

    What's in it for you?

    • Better absorbed in the bloodstream as compared to pure CBD oil.
    • It may have a slightly bitter taste, but it wouldn't be as intolerable as that of pure CBD Oil.
    • Relatively quicker therapeutic effects.

    Negatives

    • Costly manufacturing, and hence, expensive products.
    • Uses substantially high surfactant concentrations such as Lecithin Phospholipids, which may bring about slightly soapy taste.
    • It uses synthetic or isolated cannabinoids. It can cause mental or physical health problems in long term usage.

    Micro Emulsions

Next comes the smaller but least preferred method of preparing water-soluble CBD. Comprising of droplets sized between 100-5000 nanometers, Micro Emulsion happens to be a translucent mixture of surfactants, oil, and water. (A surfactant reduces surface tension and allows oil & water to mix!). It solubilizes oil in water using substantially high amounts of surfactants.

    What's in it for you?

    • The negatives only!

    Negatives

    • It uses high amounts of harmful surfactants like oleic acid, Tween, Cremophor RH.
    • Such high amounts may be higher than legally permitted levels of surfactants as they can cause breast cancer and other serious illnesses.
    • It brings about a very bitter taste.

    Nano Emulsions

In present times, Nanoemulsion technology is the most widely used method of preparing water-soluble CBD products. That's because nano-technology breaks down large CBD particles into smaller CBD particles, ranging 10-100 nanometers in size, using ultra-sonic liquid processors. The smaller droplets have an increased surface area, and hence, allow 6% greater absorption. The idea is similar to the increased bioavailability of excipient food through tinier droplets, as per a study of 2016.

The Nano-emulsified particles of CBD are not only 100 times smaller in size but also use low quantities of highly concentrated all-natural surfactants. Thus, stabilizing micro-droplets and reducing potential risks of synthetic surfactants. It does not only deliver the water-soluble CBD to target issues but also protects the body from side effects.

    What’s in it for you?

    • It provides water-soluble CBD’s therapeutic effects in a minimal amount of time. It can bring about CBD's soothing and healing effects in 10 minutes only, in an ideal situation.
    • 90% of the CBD in the product gets absorbed and used by the body.
    • Amplify relief and energy boost.
    • It is tasteless and odourless. Hence, you can consume it with almost any edible item!

    Negatives

    • Slightly expensive products.

    3-Best Water-Soluble CBD Companies

Since water-soluble CBD happens to be a relatively young concept, many lesser companies that are currently manufacturing and supplying it. But, even in the shortlist of  water-soluble CBD manufacturers, following are some prominent and reliable names:

    • Infinite CBD

The Infinite CBD, founded in 2016,  has its ideology based on nanotechnology CBD. Thus, all the products get manufactured by small CBD isolate particles.  Also, the reliability of the brand gets justified by the point that any individual can research their manufacturing process. The vast product line ranges from gummies to Nano non-dairy creamer.

    • Joy Organics

A name of reliance and innovation in the CBD production industry, the Joy Organics offers water-soluble CBD products, including soft gels and energy drinks. The company promotes THC-free and high-quality products, which get laboratory tested before sale.

    • Hemplucid

Hemplucid has an immense variation of CBD-based products like tinctures and capsules, which are available in water-soluble CBD form. The manufacturing of Hemplucid products under 100% hygienic and high-quality conditions makes the products most reliable and efficient.

    Boosting Bioavailability

By definition, the term Bioavailability refers to the amount of any substance that gets absorbed into the bloodstream. Thus, it reflects the effectiveness of an ingested material.

In the human body, the cell's tiny size (1 billionth of a meter) has a close connection with the absorption of substances. The particles with the size nearer to that of a cell will absorb in the bloodstream more efficiently or else they will be left unprocessed. It is due to this particular reason that the majority of CBD oil particles do not get absorbed. The large oil molecule is unable to penetrate the small cells. For example, if you consume a CBD oil capsule, then you will experience its effects about 6-7 hours later as the rate of bioavailability is slower. At times, the body may not even receive most of the CBD Oil that you're supplying it!

It was to solve this problem that the concept of water-soluble first evolved. The emulsified particles can fuse with the cells more readily and reach the bloodstream more quickly. Thus, elevating bioavailability levels by making it efficient and less time-consuming.

    Plus Points

Undeniably, the water-soluble CBD oil has proven to be more beneficial than the plain CBD oil. The below listed are some of these benefits:

    • Augmented Bioavailability

The water-soluble CBD oil penetrates the bloodstream rapidly, thus increasing the active CBD particles in the body. As part of the process, the body can work with more CBD molecules rather than letting it go into the waste.

    • Versatility in Usage

Another advantage of water-soluble CBD is its versatility in usage. It allows you to mix it with any other beverage and enjoy it carelessly. You can add the water-soluble CBD to any drink, whether it be your morning tea or routine shake.

    • Instant Results

The body can produce immediate CBD effects due to the enhanced bioavailability. With the CBD oil rapidly penetrating your bloodstream, you can feel the CBD-related effects better as well as quicker.

    • Light on your pocket

As the water-soluble CBD efficiently absorbs into your body and brings about quicker effects, the CBD intake required reduces significantly. With lesser CBD consumption, you will have to invest less in water-soluble CBD products while enjoying efficient results.

    Are there any downsides?

Depending on the method used, Water Soluble CBD may have a drawback or two. Though, we have not yet come across one that overpowers the benefits.

However, the young concept of water-soluble Cannabidiol has not yet revealed a dark side, on the whole. But then, there were times when the CBD Oil fever had a grip on all of us. It blinded us in its glittery, positive shine, only to have us shielding our eyes after a short while. Therefore, it is too early to say that this variant of CBD is genuinely, purely harmless.

Fusing into Blood, Forming the Future

The water-soluble CBD, especially the nano emulsified version, has become synonymous with  Liquid Gold. The quick and amplified penetration properties of this variant have augmented the sphere of CBD'S influence. It now promises a bright future for dispensaries as well as beverage companies.

Drug stores are looking forward to supplying nano-technology based water-soluble CBD products to CBD-dependent patients. Pharmaceutical products manufactured using this technology will benefit patients to unimaginable extents.

The translucent color of the nanoscopic water-soluble CBD particles is not visible in drinks. And, this is why, Nanogen Lab's CEO, Ben Larson, pointed out the bright future of beverage companies if they shake hands with Water Soluble CBD-infused energy drinks.

Perhaps, that's why leading beverage companies are expecting the millions worth of business from flavoured, healthful CBD-infused drinks. While the customers are anticipating the day, they can casually pick up their flavoured CBD boost for the day.

As the health-conscious lifestyles prevailed in the East and the West, the demand for alcoholic drinks lowered by 1.3% globally in 2016. Up until now, the figure has only increased. People have expected that this water-soluble medical cannabinoid of marijuana will soon offer recreational energy boosts when infused in different foodstuffs, especially drinks. And hence, it will highly benefit from the decline of the alcoholic beverage market.

Assuming everything goes according to plans and expectations, we're hoping for a green and umbriferous Cannabis canopy!

    Conclusion

Water-soluble CBD proves to be the ultimate solution to instantaneous and efficient CBD consumption. The water-soluble CBD is receiving popularity with its enhanced bioavailability, rapidly acting effects, and diversity of usage. Undeniably, the newest addition to the CBD range has a clear advantage over the previously-hyped CBD oil.

  • How to use CBD Oil and CBD Infused Products

Most CBD oil comes from the production of industrialized hemp, which generally has a higher CBD content than cannabis plants. Hemp is the originator for most of the CBD that advocates use. There are many different methods to extract CBD from hemp. Once the extraction process is complete, the CBD compound is added to a carrier oil and voila, becomes CBD oil. As with all CBD products, oils come in different strengths and dosages.

Using CBD oil and CBD infused products doesn’t need to be overwhelming. It can easily be broken down into two categories – oral and topical. Within these categories are lots of different delivery methods, but don’t let that overwhelm you. Once you understand the basics, you will find that using CBD products is quite easy.

    Use it Orally

Ingesting can feel like the most common and familiar way to begin experimenting with CBD. That’s because it comes in capsules, pills and tinctures. These are fairly common delivery methods for most people, so this won’t feel too different. Monitoring dosage with oral delivery systems is easy because capsules are already pre-measured by a distributor.

Capsules take anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes to be absorbed into the bloodstream, so it’s going to take some time for you to begin to feel the effects. As with all CBD products, it is recommended you start slow and low – so use the lowest possible dosage available in your preferred delivery method and then slowly increase it until you discover the results you want.

Taking CBD oil is a super common and very easy way to use the benefits of this amazing product. CBD oil is also called a tincture, and that’s just a fancy word that means the good stuff in CBD has been distilled into a carrier oil. When you use this delivery system, you place a specific number of drops under your tongue and then let it sit there for up to one minute. Allowing the tincture to sit under your tongue before swallowing it speeds up the absorption rate.

If you’re adverse to holding something under your tongue, you could also add drops from our tinctures to your favorite foods and beverages. Tinctures blend well in smoothies and protein shakes because there are already several flavors in the mix, so that is usually a good starting point.
A final edible option for oral use is to enjoy a gummy. These are chewable candy treats that come in a variety of dosages and flavors. Our gummies are made using organic sugar and natural color, with no unneeded fillers or additives.

Orally ingesting CBD oil in any form is great for people who are seeking benefits and relief from depression, anxiety, and whole-body issues. That is because oral CBD creates a systemic effect and works on your entire body. If you are seeking relief from specific pain or discomfort, a topical application of CBD oil might be of better benefit.

    Topical application

More and more people are reaching for CBD to help offset the pain and discomfort relating to sports injuries. Using CBD topically, that is, on your skin at the site of the muscle ache is an excellent way to quickly target one specific area. Many athletes enjoy using CBD salves and ointments to help offset some of the rigors of serious training. Topical application use of CBD widely studied has shown significant benefits.

Those who suffer from arthritis might find relief with CBD oil. A recent animal study from the EU showed that signs of inflammation and pain greatly decreased after four days of use. Chronic pain is something that many people live with and can be the result of injury or trauma. New research is emerging that suggests short-term use of CBD can reduce pain-like symptoms. More research is needed, all signs point to huge successes in the future.

    Final thoughts

The natural pain relief that CBD seems to offer is promising. It might be able to help in an anti-inflammatory aspect as well. In the future, CBD might be the only treatment needed to help manage a variety of conditions. However, it’s important to remember that CBD research is still in its earliest stages. That means that much of the science isn’t available to back up the claims of advocates. More research, especially human research with carefully designed studies, is essential to support definitive health claims. CBD oil and CBD infused products do show promise in early results for pain relief. It might be extremely useful in managing chronic conditions, both physical and mental. One of the most alluring benefits of CBD is that it doesn’t have any intoxicating effects, which might indicate its overall safety for a large portion of the population. For those who experience chronic pain and are seeking relief, remember slow and steady wins the race. Jumping into an aggressive CBD treatment plan isn’t going to be of any benefit to you.

  • How often should you take CBD and how long does it take to work

If you’re wondering how long it takes to feel the effects of CBD or if you’ve been taking CBD for a while and don’t notice much of a difference, you’re not alone. These are two common complaints when people begin using CBD and the reason is a little complicated. We all process CBD differently, so there is not one specific answer to these questions.
Once you’ve decided to take CBD, you have to decide in which form you’ll take the product. Edibles, tinctures, salves, vaporizers, how do you decide which is best for you and how much to take.
Finding an optimal dosing schedule for your specific CBD needs can be challenging, especially since there aren’t many definitive guides on how much to take and when. Don’t worry if you’re feeling overwhelmed with the amount of information about how much to take and when. Each method of delivery – tinctures, salves, and edibles – delivers CBD to your body in different ways. That means it’s going to affect how it’s used and when you use it. Everyone responds to and metabolizes CBD differently, so there’s no one recommended dosage for everyone.

    Clarity is key

First, you need to clarify your personal goals, reasons, and motivations for using CBD. That is to say, understand why you’re taking CBD and what you plan to achieve by using it. CBD can target 65 different areas of your body, which means its therapeutic effects are endless. These benefits include everything from increased mood, to immunity boosting, to increased cardiovascular benefits. When you’re clear on what gains you want to make from taking CBD, you can better craft a therapy plan to reach those goals. Many CBD enthusiasts benefit from keeping a log of their use and recording their progress. That could be anything from how you’re feeling on a daily basis to a simple journal entry. Tracking your progress can also help you establish a baseline to better measure the rest of your progress.

    Time frames

How long CBD takes to work in your body is a combination of how you’ve ingested it and how quickly it’s expelled from your body. Some methods like tinctures or vaping give you an immediate influx of CBD, while others like salves, balms, and edibles take a little longer to become effective. Immediate short-term relief is going to be easily achieved with inhaled products or those that reach your bloodstream immediately. If you want to maintain steady levels of CBD over a longer period of time, edibles are going to be more appropriate. Some advocates report a combination delivery method has been most successful to reach their treatment goals. Here are some examples of how you might use a variety of CBD products to achieve your best life.

    Health Ailment Treatment Recommendation
Anxiety Oral supplement 1-3x daily + vape pen as needed
Muscle fatigue Oral supplement 1-3x daily + topical salve as needed
PMS related symptoms Vaginal suppository as needed + oral supplement 1x daily
Sleeping disorders Oral supplement 1-3 hours before bedtime

    Delivery methods matter

A good quality CBD product will clearly list how much CBD is in each serving. But even if you have that information, the amount only represents how much could potentially be available to your body – not how much is actually used. How well each method works for you is going to be influenced by lots of different factors. It’s going to take time for you to find the ideal dosing amount and the ideal delivery system to reach your goals. The important thing to remember here is that you should always start slow and low. Use the smallest dose possible at the least concentration available and evaluate how you feel. It’s possible that you can correct your ailments without needing to go overboard.
Of course, one of the most important aspects of all of this is quality. The higher the CBD quality, the easier it is to find your ideal dosing method and amount. One of our most pressing missions in bringing your CBD products is our commitment to quality. Always organic and always pesticide and chemical-free, we take pride in creating products for you that exceed your expectations.

    Can you take too much?

As you continue to fine-tune your CBD approach, you might worry that you accidentally take too much. Research has shown that prescribed CBD doses up to 1200mg for months have shown no adverse side effects. An excellent way to assuage these fears is to talk with a trusted medical professional and ask for an opinion about CBD dosing and amounts. Although CBD is generally considered safe, it might lower your blood pressure. It can also interfere with your body’s ability to process and break down certain pharmaceutical drugs. CBD inhibits cytochrome p450, just like grapefruits. If you’re taking a medication that warns against eating grapefruit, it’s best to consult with a medical professional before using CBD.
For some people, taking CBD will produce effects immediately. Lots of beginner users notice better sleep the first night they take CBD. Other people might require a long time to notice the effects. The bottom line here is that you’re going to have to be patient. Too many people give up too soon or do notexperiment enough with their tolerance levels to find their sweet spot.
When taken as a tincture under the tongue, it takes about thirty minutes for CBD to enter your bloodstream. If you’ve had some gummies or taken a capsule, it can take up to two hours for you to begin to feel the effects.

Make the most of your CBD

What works for you might not work for your friend. So it is important to know that the time it takes CBD to become effective might be different for you. Be patient in experimenting with dosing while listening carefully to your body will help you find the benefits you want.

  • How long does CBD last, remain in your system, and its side effects

If you’re new to the world of CBD and edibles in general, you might wonder how long the effects of CBD last and how long it remains in your system. These are two pressing concerns for many people, especially for those who are just beginning their journey into CBD wellness or for those who might need to pass a drug screening for employment purposes.

    CBD sticks around

Testing positive on a drug test without using cannabis can be a blow to a budding career. This can happen even if the only product you are using is CBD. That’s because there’s almost always a small bit of THC present in anything with a CBD label. The infamous 2018 Farm Bill provides legality for CBD provided there’s no more than 0.3% THC in a product. That means that no matter how small a dosage of CBD you’ve taken, you’re still going to fail your drug screening. The only failsafe way to ensure you pass a drug screening while using CBD products is to use a full-spectrum CBD oil.

Employment screening aside, how long CBD stays in your system is an important thing to know, especially as you work out your personal dosing schedule. There’s no definitive answer about how long it takes to get out of your system. For most people, CBD effects can last up to four hours after being consumed. But this is a very broad number, so your personal experience might be different.

Some studies show that the half-life of CBD might be as long as four days. That means that after ingesting, it takes four days for it to be completely out of your system – important knowledge for someone who is trying to pass an employment screening. The study followed both men and women who used CBD over six days, with an average dosage of 700mg. Then their use was halted, and the researchers took blood samples daily to determine the rate at which it was removed. Ultimately, the study concluded that the length of time CBD remains in your system will depend on three factors – your age, weight, and the amount of CBD you’ve consumed. If you’re prepping for an employment drug screen, be safe and give yourself one full week to get all of the residual CBD from your system.

Potential CBD side effects and safety concerns

Side effects of using CBD are generally minimal, in part because everyone has an endocannabinoid system which helps prevent disastrous negative effects. However, there has been some research which indicates users might experience side effects. These include the following.
    • Abdominal upset – nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation
    • Anxiety
    • Appetite changes
    • Changes in mood
    • Dizziness
    • Drowsiness
    • Dry mouth

Some research has shown that users of CBD have elevated liver enzyme levels, which might show a correlation between use and liver damage. More research is needed to confirm this.

New CBD enthusiasts should also be aware of its potential to interact with several pharmaceutical medications. A recent study showed that short-term exposure to CBD can increase the permeability of the placental barrier in pregnant women, which might place the fetus at undue risk. The most responsible thing to do is to just discuss your interest in CBD with your physician. Then you’ll be armed with the right information to make the most accurate decision about your personal use.

    Summing up

Overall, CBD is safe to use daily. Its effects typically last for a few hours after consumption, but each person is going to experience the effects differently. Your age, height, and weight all factor into how CBD is absorbed by your system. These three criteria will also play a role in how long it takes for the trace amounts of THC found in all CBD products to be removed from your body.

Most CBD products contain up to 0.3% THC (unless you’re using a full-spectrum CBD oil). So it’s possible that your screening will show positive even if you haven’t had any THC active products.
To be safe before an employment drug screen, it is generally recommended that you stop using all CBD products for a week. This will give you plenty of time to expel the trace amounts and you are more likely to pass your test.

The most important thing to remember is that the amount of CBD you consume should be as minimal as possible. This helps you avoid overdosing and removes the potential for excess THC to build in your system.

As with all CBD products, one of the most important things to keep in mind is the purity of the products you’re using. Understanding how hemp is grown to produce the CBD products is essential, as it will ensure the reliability of your products. This is one of the reasons why we’re so committed to being transparent in our entire process. Even trace amounts of THC can significantly change the course of a person’s life; our CBD products are well within the Farm Bill limits, making them safe to use.

  • Is CBD for pets safe?

Just as in humans, pets have an endocannabinoid system. In addition, just like products for humans containing CBD are showing up everywhere, so too are products aimed at giving your pet their best lives possible.
Products ranging from hemp-infused chew toys to tinctures and drops, there is probably a CBD product out there for your pet. As exciting as it might sound, slow your roll just a bit and make sure you understand all of the positives and negatives of giving CBD to the furriest members of your family.

    Research is lacking

Right now, there are tons of unanswered questions about the safety of giving pets CBD. Research is currently ongoing, so more definitive answers will come soon. Some emerging studies show that there are benefits to be had, ranging from pain management conditions to calming anxious pets and possible epilepsy treatment in dogs.
One thing is for sure and that’s THC and pets don’t mix. Depending on the strength of the CBD you’re considering, your product might contain dangerous levels of THC. This is even more important if your pet is small for their bodies are ill equipped to handle metabolizing any of the THC, which might be in the product.
As with all over the counter products, make sure you have a good chat with your vet before you start your pet on a dosing routine. There is a ton of misleading information online, so it is paramount you start with super-small doses to see how your pet handles CBD. This is even more important if your pet is taking any pharmaceutical medications. Mixing medications and CBD can have drastic effects, so you should not chance it.

    Possible benefits

Though there is not any scientific data that can definitively say that CBD is beneficial for pets, many owners swear by it. There’s a wealth of anecdotal research from pet owners who advocate its use for everything from pain to helping control seizures.
CBD is known to be an anti-inflammatory agent in humans, so it makes sense that it would do the same for pets as well. Other possible benefits might include:
    • Anticancer benefits
    • Anti-nausea effects
    • Anxiety-related issues
    • Appetite stimulation
    • Cardiac benefits

The American Kennel Club recently funded a study through the Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine that is researching the use of CBD in dogs who have seizures, which will undoubtedly offer clear data on some of the possible uses of CBD for pets.

    Know your retailer

Even with the lack of reputable research, there are still plenty of companies which are lauding the benefits of CBD for pets. Retailers claim that dosing your four-legged pal will reduce their anxiety, keep them calm, and boost their immune systems. It is easy to believe these claims since research has already shown these to be effects of CBD use in humans. But without long-term formal research, there’s no conclusive way to be sure that there aren’t side effects lingering in the wings. For example, a small study showed that dogs are barely able to absorb CBD when ingesting it. Therefore, if you give your pup a daily dose to help manage a phobia, you might just be wasting your cash.
One way to offset this is to talk with your retailer and ask questions of other customers. This can provide you with more info and will ultimately help you decide whether CBD is right for your animal friend.
If you and your vet decide that trying CBD is a good treatment option for your pet, there are a few things to keep in mind. First, not all oils are the same. A high-quality oil that starts with organic hemp is the best foundation for any product to work well.
In addition to being organic, make sure the hemp was grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or any other chemicals. This also includes fungicides and solvents.
Be prepared to shell out some dough. More often, higher quality CBD is going to cost more. Cheaper options are more likely to contain toxic substances or even heavy metals. Make sure the CBD you’re giving your pet is free of as many additives as possible.
Ask for an analysis from your retailer. A certificate that shows how much CBD is in the product is essential when you’re dosing for pets because they’re not going to be able to process the product in the same way as humans.
With big names like the AKC funding research, the future of CBD for pets may include product lines designed for specific breeds. More study is needed to clearly define its safety and use, but chances are CBD holds just as many benefits for pets as it does for humans.

  • Why CBD doesn't work for everyone

If you’re new to the CBD trend and have been religiously chewing gummies and using tinctures but haven’t been feeling the effects, you might be discouraged and consider ditching CBD altogether. Before you break up with CBD for good, let’s look at how it works in the body and troubleshoot some of the reasons why it might not be working for you.
First, we need to understand how the endocannabinoid system works.

How does the ECC system work?

The ECS is responsible for a lot - everything ranging from muscle control to overall inflammation levels. In short, the ECS helps our bodies remain balanced. This is done through a complex system of cell signaling. The ECS is still being researched, but science definitively has discovered that it regulates the following in our bodies:
    • Appetite
    • Memory
    • Mood
    • Reproduction
    • Sleep
Endocannabinoids are molecules your body produces naturally and help keep internal functions running smoothly. Your body knows when to ramp up and when to scale back on the production of endocannabinoids and when you have reached optimal levels for each.
After your body produces the endocannabinoids, they bind to receptors to signal to your ECS that some action needs to take place. CB1 receptors are found in your central nervous system and CB2 receptors are generally in your immune cells. That sounds like a lot of complex anatomy, so let’s break it down.
Imagine your back is super tight and so you are trying to stretch to relieve the discomfort. Endocannabinoids might signal to your CB1 receptor in your spine to help you relieve pain. Another example is when you are in the early stages of getting a cold. CB2 receptors in your immune cell signal that your body is under attack and immune cell production ramps up.

How does the ECS interact with CBD?

The truth is, science has not completely uncovered how your ECS interacts with CBD. One thing for sure is that it does not bind to CB1 and CB2 receptors in the same way as THC. The prevailing theory is that CBD prevents endocannabinoids from being broken down, allowing them to be more effective in your body. Some emerging research suggests that chronic inflammation conditions like IBS and fibromyalgia are the result of endocannabinoid deficiency. This theory is supported by over a decade of research, which studied patients with a number of different autoimmune conditions and might be a key factor in why these conditions exist in the first place.
There are some legitimate reasons why your CBD products might not be working. Before you give up on, try altering a few things and see if you find any difference.

    Reasons why CBD isn’t working

    1. You don’t know that your CBD is from a reputable source.
This industry is playing on the sudden influx of interest, so it is the Wild West when it comes to purity and standards. That is one of the reasons why we are so committed to being transparent and providing you with the clearest understanding of our processes and our products. If you are buying a product that does not use good CBD oil to start, your results are going to be sub-par, no matter how carefully you follow a wellness routine. Protect yourself and your hard-earned cash and look for third-part lab test reviews along with customer reviews, both of which will help you establish brand quality.
    2. You are so deficient that you are still filling your ECS well.
Remember that deficiency we mentioned earlier? Well, it turns out that if you are super low on endocannabinoids to start, taking therapeutic doses of CBD is only offsetting the deficiency. It is going to take a while for everything to reach optimal levels. Starting with a low dose of 20 to 40 mg, a day, and slowly increasing over time will help your system regulate. Keeping a journal or notes on your phone can help you see patterns and determine what the right amount should be.
    3. Change your delivery system
The truth is that not everyone will respond to every CBD product the same. The reason is something called bioavailability, which means how much of the CBD can reach your bloodstream. If you are being an ardent gummy user and are not seeing results, try switching up to a salve or a tincture. When you use a tincture under your tongue, the CBD is hitting your bloodstream almost at once, which might result in better absorption, and ultimately, better results.
Getting the results you want from CBD can take time. That means that it is also going to take patience and some research on your end. Be sure you know what kinds of products you are purchasing. Brands that hide behind “proprietary” development guises probably are not worth your time. Instead, selecting one that gives you all the details about its growing process and its distillation process will help you know that the CBD items you are purchasing are high quality.

  • How CBD gummies are made and their benefits

The wellness industry has recently found a new golden product – CBD. There isa good reason why you see CBD products everywhere from sodas and mineral waters to salves and tinctures. CBD helps to tap in with our already-existing endocannabinoid system (ECS) and the results are amazing. The ECS helps to control, well, basically, everything in our bodies and it’s ultimately responsible for the overall balance, or homeostasis of our bodies. That means that when you incorporate CBD as part of your wellness routine, you’re tapping into strengths you already have in place.

Because CDS is not psychoactive, you are not going to feel high after ingesting any products; instead, you are going to be getting all of the balancing effects of this amazing cannabinoid. Before we get into how CBD gummies are made, let’s talk about the amazing benefits of these simple sweet treats.

    Benefits of CBD

A well thought out and carefully planned CBD regimen is one that might take some time to discover. After all, each person’s tolerance level and needs for CBD are different, so it might take some trial and error to discover your sweet spot. Eating CBD often gives a less-potent effect than if you’re applying a salve or using a tincture, so it’s a great place to start experimenting with your body’s CBD needs.

CBD gummies might help with a variety of different ailments, ranging from mental to physical conditions. Everyone responds to CBD differently, so it is important to take it slow when designing your wellness routine. CBD might help with the following:
    • Depression
    • Epilepsy
    • Gastroparesis
    • IBD
    • IBS
    • Insomnia
    • MS
    • Muscle pain
    • Overall inflammation
    • Overall wellness
    • PMS-related symptoms
    • PTSD
    • Seizure disorders
    • Several forms of anxiety

    How are CBD gummies made?

One of the most popular and easiest ways to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of CBD is in gummy form. Gummy bears, originally invented by a German factory worker in the 1920s, area popular method to administer vitamins and medications.

CBD gummies are exactly what they sound like – gummy bears infused with CBD. They’re relatively simple to make and the highest quality gummies don’t include junk fillers like high fructose corn syrup or artificial dyes. CBD gummies, which include grass, fed collagen gelatin, and natural sweeteners ensure you are getting the benefits of CBD without unnecessary ingredients.

When selecting a CBD product, be on the lookout for unsavory ingredients, which might indicate that the product is less than stellar. Additionally, understanding the growing process for the hemp, which creates the CBD, is just as important. Our kitchens use organic grape juice concentrate as a flavor base and then we sweeten our gummies with just a touch of organic cane sugar and organic tapioca syrup. Black carrot juice concentrate gives our gummies their signature deep rich color. Then we carefully infuse different potency levels into each one of our gummies, making sure you get exactly the right amount of CBD.

We always recommend the lowest possible dose available and then gradually working up – overloading your ECS isn’t going to help you get better faster. That’s why the road to wellness can be a long one. But it’s worth it when you’re using gummies that are crafted with such careful attention to detail.

When you’re using CBD gummies as part of an overall wellness routine, you want to get the best start possible. That’s why our gummies are organic, non-GMO, and never grown with pesticides, herbicides, solvents, or chemical fertilizers. Be wary of products that don’t clearly identify all of the ingredients on the label. We make it plain and easy to see everything we include in our gummies because we believe that nutrient-rich, high-quality CBD gummies should not be hard to source.

The thing to keep in mind when creating a path to your best life is that CBD does not necessarily treat the surface condition. That is, it might not immediately help you fall asleep; it will not relieve the ache of sore muscles, nor will it encourage your digestion to work better. What CBD does is helps to restore the balance and function of your personal ECS. This puts you one step closer to living a full and symptom-free life. By restoring the balance of your system, it helps to keep your ECS functioning better. Since imbalances come from just about everywhere – pollution, stresses, unhealthy foods, chemicals in our foods – most of us can benefit from routine CBD use.

It is so easy to see why CBD gummies are such a popular product. They are easy to take with you anywhere. Since edibles are more slowly metabolized than other forms of CBD, the active effects are going to come on a little more slowly, and last longer too. If you are heading into a stressful work situation, or you know you are going to need a little bit of self-care, bring a few gummies along with you. You can help manage your anxiety and stress and trust that the gummies you are eating are from the highest quality ingredients available.

  • Are CBD products legal?

    The wave of the future

Imagine you’ve just completed a tough training session and are having a few CBD gummies as part of your post-workout recovery snack. You’re already looking forward to using a salve on your muscles which later and you’re excited about a new tincture you found that’s going to help you fall right to sleep. You think you’re in the clear because of the 2018 Farm Bill that decriminalized hemp and allowed the way for the CBD market to begin cropping up everywhere. Then, just like that, the local fuzz swoops in out of nowhere are issuing you a citation, or worse, arrest you, for possession of a controlled substance.
Here’s another frightening reality that happens often. Farmers in Kentucky and Oregon grow hemp legally for production into CBD products. But when they ship their products through states like Oklahoma and Idaho, their truck drivers are arrested for drug trafficking.
This sounds like a scary dream, but the truth is, that in many states, CBD legality is still a major issue. Even with the influx of CBD products, there’s not a ton of clarity when it comes to the legality of CBD products.
So, what gives? Let’s break it down piece by piece so you know just where you stand, no matter where you live in the country.

    Laws are confusing on purpose

Confusion about the legality of CBD goes back decades. With the recent emergence of the CBD market, there are more questions than ever. A 2018 Farm Bill lifted a federal ban on hemp production, removing its controlled substance label, confusing both advocates and naysayers alike.
Marijuana and hemp are both derived from the cannabis plant. Many archeologists think that cannabis was one of the first plants early humans cultivated, making it one of the original herbs early humans used for medicinal uses. Within the phytochemical makeup of cannabis plants, there are a variety of chemicals known as cannabinoids. Some of these chemicals are psychoactive, which result in a feeling of being high when you smoke or ingest them. Other cannabinoids aren’t psychoactive, so the only results from ingestion are therapeutic and medicinal.

An important distinction for everyone to remember is that marijuana is high in THC. THC is the chemical, which makes a user, feel high. THC content varies wildly. This relates to the cultivar, the variety of the plant and how it was grown and harvested. Depending on the strain, THC can account for as much as 40% of the total cannabinoid content. Recall that hemp is also cultivated from the cannabis plant. Its THC content is very low in comparison - typically around 0.1-0.5 percent. Hemp is high in CBD, and the CBD oils that are processed out of a hemp plant are legal as long as they contain no more than 0.3 percent THC.
That bears repeating because it can mean the difference between what’s legal and what’s not in your state. So long as the CBD product you use has 0.3 percent THC or less, it’s completely legal. That’s great news for advocates of CBD, who laud its ability to help with everything from muscle cramp to anxiety, sleeplessness and depression.

    How to stay safe

A giant caveat here is that most states haven’t changed their laws to reflect the 2018 Farm Bill. That means that in your city or state, local law enforcement might still be following pre-2018 laws.Speaking of laws, a crisscross road of confusion awaits anyone trying to get a clear understanding of state-by-state CBD laws. And the worst part is they’re likely to continue to change.

Here’s the sticky part of the Farm Bill and what it means for advocates like yourself.
    • If a product claims to offer therapeutic benefits, CBD is still subject to local regulation even though it’s considered legal under the federal umbrella.
    • Federal laws say that adding CBD oil to food products like gummies is the same as prescription drug use. So, without the written consent of a doctor, it’s illegal to ingest.
    • But local and state laws have decided that’s not relevant in their areas, which has created contradictory regulations for advocates and consumers.

CBD products are cropping up everywhere from local coffee shops to dispensaries and even in health food stores. You can find CBD in mineral waters, like tinctures, salves, and balms. While many advocates of CBD fully believe in its ability to help with a variety of ailments, there’s still a ton of confusion about whether it’s legal to own and possess. Even for those who carefully follow cannabis-related legislation, this is something of a gray area. As with most laws in the US, different jurisdictions have different levels of criminality for cannabis and CBD. The best thing to do is to brush up on your own state and local laws, not federal legislation. Knowing your rights in your area will help product you against unfair harassment. Make sure your CBD gummies have 0.3% or less of THC and keep yourself safe.
